Idiots born every second

I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom. I smelt water an looked on the wall by the medicine cabinet. Water was dripping under the light fixture also. I was getting ready to make a mantenance requst to have it looked at as soon as possible. I walked out into the hallway an saw where the problem was coming from. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the apartment next to mine. I went downstairs to let security know about the problem. I got off the elevator an ran into my neighbor from next door. She said someone on the 13th or 14th floor toilet was overflowing. So they learned there lesson there apartment got flooded. An all they had to do was turn the toilet off by turning the knob on the bottom of the toilet.
