You don’t need to insult yourself. Loneliness is difficult to navigate, well, alone. You already know she’s no good for you, what need is she filling for you?
She isn't worth it if she is abusive. You need to get out of this toxic relationship and drop her yo
You ain't a loser for looking out for yourself. You don't need her at all. I promise
Also a suggestion, at least try expressing and talking about how she treats you with her. If she's too arrogant for a fair conversation, you have GOT to go. You're better alone and she's a waste of time and you're NOT weak for leaving

You're not a loser, but you need to work on your self-esteem. No one deserves abuse.
It's better to be single than in a bad relationship.
