Every damn time

How come 95% of the time I'm working the person that's suppose to have the shift after me has a migraine? I mean all of them, 3 people, all the time...

I work 2 shifts today, 8am - 2pm and then 9pm - 8.30am, but now I don't know if the person having the shift in-between that is coming 🙃

You shouldn't be allowed to work the middle shift too. How are you supposed to work if you're fucking exhausted. People need sleep. We need breaks. Jeesh

That’s terrible. I am sorry. In the hospitals and care homes aides and nurses get mandated to stay a lot.
