I Am a Hikikomori
I wonder if I'm a hikikomori myself. I'm generally very outgoing but I hate being in social situations and large crowds.

I don't think you are a hikikomori. What happens to you is very common. Large crowds and social situations are the opposite of genuine human touch. There are thousands of not written laws about how to behave and what to say.
