Are modern friendships just sending junk from Facebook and tick tock without having real conversation?

I thought I made a friend but I can tell when people get sick of me because I don't live on my phone. I tried to explain and she backed off completely. This keeps happening. I guess I'm not friend material because I actually want to talk and hang out?

When it comes to meeting people, I feel like I hit my head and woke up so far in the future I'm the only human left.

well, i suppose if they like you enough they will want to meet. if not, then its like just facebook friends or whatever.

@MarbleMarvel well, distance makes it harder. and i doubt that its that youre not likable. a lot of factors go into becoming friends.

@Penny with this person, we don't live far. We definitely could of hung out. Unfortunately we won't get that far because I didn't respond to her tick ticks that I can't even see. She literally dropped me like a hot potato lol
