Growing up we ate rice in the morning with bacon, sausages and eggs. Now I eat cereals, oats or yoghurts with fruits. Heavy food in the morning don't agree with me anymore.
@GunFinger it kinda does. It has vitamins so I figured that helps lol I don't snack but I might have some coconut water with a splash of OJ to keep me going.
Always unless I'm going to have a blood test done or I feel sick. It's usually something light like yogurt with jam or a banana. I noticed that paradoxically, if I eat bigger breakfast (eggs, French toast or bread with ham, cheese, vegetables), I get hungry faster. And if I have big lunch, I get super sleepy.
Eating fried eggs and bacon on a regular basis has always been a big mystery to me.
Brinner is low key amazing. There’s just something about having sausage dipped in maple syrup for dinner that’s 🫠.
But eating breakfast in the morning is something I only do occasionally. The time has to be there along with an appetite and both can be hard to find. Yesterday I had an omelette at like noon. Some days that’s how it works out, but most days I just skip it.
Yes I do but normally in the evening because getting up that early in the morning and cooking f*** that LOL my breakfast usually consists of caffeine and nicotine. Sometimes a shot of two of liqueur and in the past rotating my little bubba rubble
I can eat "breakfast" foods pretty much any time. But I tend to do "brunches" instead of eating early in the mornings. If I have to eat early, it tends to be light, like a piece of fruit and a bit of cottage cheese.
