Avalanche - the soil mechanics that cause it are interesting to me.
Country Life - the sites and sounds of nature stir my soul, the solitude suits me…calls to me.
Family Restaurant - the food is without pretense. Every fancy restaurant I’ve eaten at was more about presentation, the ambiance, the hype…than the food. The best food I’ve ever eaten had been at small, out-of-the-way places.
Relax at-home - a good book, fine bourbon, a meal I’ve cooked - often better than any restaurant, and music of my choosing…..is better than any party
