Here in the USA we do very well in our civil rights. The Bill of Rights gives us many protections from tyranny. Few countries have the civil liberties we enjoy.
The problem with the U.S. is safety - crime, esp. gun crimes are rampant, greedy corporations have too much control over Congress, and generally a reckless attitude.

@badminton have you ever smoked a joint? If you have a group of people and smoke a joint , each one will have different symptoms, one will be hungry, one giggly, one sleepy.. this is because its energy , each took the same energy in but it manifested differently in all, because of the strengths and weaknesses in the persons mind. Your mind controls all energy flowing through your body. Electricity will always choose the easiest route.
My point is , look at the liberty of nature, plants and animals. That liberty is yours and the bill of rights is that living expression. Any law contrary to total liberty is contrary to nature, therefore it becomes negative energy. So money purchases and man's laws and any requirement on your life for you to be allowed to live is negative energy.
In some people that oppression manifests as sickness, in others as perversion, In others as addiction, in others as anger , violence, depression.
If you create a law that says you cannot then you are seeking a dispute.
The bill of rights coding states we are all equal. If therefore we are equal there can be no policeman or military greater than I with more authority to arrest me. The system is creating the problem and then enforcing the problem they are creating. Again I say they are causing you to break the laws they are creating.
If you read our founding documents you will find that two of the main reasons george washington sites for leaving and toppling Britain were " he created a military force separate to and above the civilians" and " he created a multitude of agencies to tax the wealth of the citizens away and keep them poor" this is the book of Joel who speaks of the swarming the gnawing and the chewing locust devouring the peoples things.
You cant have a house built two ways it will fall and its ruin will be great. The bill of rights is the head we are told we have. Every other law that so blatantly proves it is eating away the bill of rights is the second head and our ruin. The bill of rights made you the king.
