Finding Fellow Feeling [I Am Empathic]

We all have what we feel are unique takes on things but it's often the case others feel exactly the same way about the same things. This is a sign of empathy, knowing how someone else feels about a situation even as an observer and not an experience directly. Understanding each other in any way is a foundation of society.

I try to put myself in another's shoes to try to understand what they are feeling. You don't relive what they have experienced but you know how you would feel experiencing the same thing.
