For about a month now. [I Hate Creepy People]

There has been this guy for about a month now who has been showing up around my house. The first I saw him he was on the street behind my house staring directly at me. I only noticed because it was night and he was under the streetlight. Smaller guy, was wearing a hoodie with the hood up.

I saw him again the week after the first incident he was riding a bike on the back street but oddly. He kept circling around making sure to look at my house. Again wearing the hoodie with the hood up.

I saw him two days ago up closer than before. I saw him again wearing the hoodie with the hood up walk up to my back fence line where the alley was and just disappear. The closer he got to my fence he appeared to crouch down but he made eye contact with me.

I saw him again today but this time across the street from my house. He was standing between two houses just staring at me. He was back just enough to not be seen as easily but I noticed him. Again with the hoodie with the hood up.

I don't know what his motives are or what it is he is trying to do. I've never seen this kid before until recently. I don't know what's going on but I've been keeping an eye on it.
