If each part of your body became sentient on it's own, like your nose was it's own person, and so was your left hand, and your right hand.. etc..

Masturbation would take on a whole new concept. You could actually be molested by your own hands. People would be taking their own bodies to court, suing their nose for smelling. I couldn't be one of those people, I'd just have to figure out how we could all get along in one body.
