When I have a really bad day, I focus on what's good about it.
Like today, it's been raining, chilly, dreary & miserable. BUT... I was actually able to get my meds AND put gas in my vehicle for the week ahead.
It sounds trivial, I know, but it gets me through the bad times.
I let myself feel the heavy stuff. I vent. And then when I feel myself coming out of it I make sure I write down what I learned. I stretch daily, read by candlelight, eat well.
