Were you a pleasant, agreeable child?

I definitely wasn't. I was constantly pestered to play something light for people who couldn't tell their Arne from their Elgar, so I'd treat them to Scriabin's greatest hits. At least it stopped them from saying "Oh, he's another Liberace".

When I was very little like 3 or 4 y/o I was a shy kid who would throw tantrums when separated from mom. But when I went to school age 6 & on I became well-behaved. My teachers liked me.
