The overzealous prison officer or Policeman that those who employ them already have suspicion about.
But you can be sure they're out there

I think cats are all psychopaths. Ones without guilt or empathy are all evil but there are millions all around us. Trump showed us proof of that. He's feeding their evil. We are going to be fucked next year you watch
