I Always Get Asked Why Im So Quiet

im just a naturally quiet person. especially when im in a group of people, i just prefer to sit and listen to the conversation rather than join in, cos i always feel drained when im in a group of people!!

I'm really quiet I hate if people say you don't like to talk its like um no I don't like being a motormouth like you and saying nothing interesting and plus I have a mental illness

I used to answer that question with "Nothing to say." They didn't seem to know how to respond.
