I Always Get Asked Why Im So Quiet

Not only do I frequently get asked this, I've had people actually admit to me their prejudices against and issues with quiet people ("I assume quiet people are jerks", "I'm uncomfortable around them", etc.). Although I feel that being quiet is sometimes a flaw, I've never been any other way. I don't believe that a quiet person can ever truly change into a "loud" person, nor should they have to. Quiet people are just one of the many types of people who come with their own set of downsides and positives. No need to write us off. We are harder to get to know, but I think it will be well worth it. :)

1. In your life, you to you is your most important relationship that you will have. Then be at home in you, as you.
2. You will build up your life with these 2 tools, self-love and self-worth. You are the one to complete and validate you.
3. How loud or quite is not an issue at all. It is just a way to get attention or not. Being comfortable in who you are, is more beneficial.
4. You can still get coaching on to extend your voice, if needed in your professional life. Nothing wrong to get help.
5. I did tend to be quite, this way, one can sit back and let the aholes be assholes.
6. You can use the hobbies you have, as a discussion point, to engage and let people know what you are up to. Do you have hobbies? ????

Enjoy your life, it is all up to you.
