@bijouxbroussard Fit in to what? What do you want?
@bijouxbroussard Instead of posting memes, why don't you explain what it is you're talking about so we can understand.

@Bishstfu Some people already understand. Those who need it explained at this point will probably never understand, or even agree. 😞
@bijouxbroussard Try me. I want to understand.

@Bishstfu The fact that some people of color think that racism still exists "because we keep talking about it” is about as delusional an idea as one could imagine. And that speaking the truth is “playing the victim". Ignoring problems has never made them go away. I think such people want it not discussed in an attempt to fit in with the mainstream society.
@bijouxbroussard Unfortunately, I think racism will always exist. It's what we do about it that matters, but as a white person, I don't understand exactly what kind of racism is being experienced.
From what I see around me, the idea of equality and acceptance of all races is prevalent. Some people of color are even chosen over white people in employment situations. I just don't see where there is blatant racism going on around me. I live in a diverse area, and we all have the same rights and privileges. That's why I was asking for a more specific example.

@Bishstfu I shouldn’t have replied. It’s a lot and it’s not fun unpacking it when it’s just going to be dismissed.
