Have you ever had someone complain to you about you?

I was talking to a guy from a freight company on the phone, and he called me back because he made a wrong turn. When I corrected him he said the girl from earlier told him something wrong.

It was me. 😐 you talked to me earlier, and I absolutely did not. I always just ignore when people complain to me about me, but part of me wants to be dramatic and complain about “the other person”. She’s always messing stuff up 🙄🙄🙄

Had a classmate talk shit about my presentation saying she didn't know how I got higher score than her because I stuttered too much 🙄 her friend asked who it was and since I was seated next to her she simply said "oh I don't know her name I don't really know her".

Another time I went with my friend to get an iced coffee at schools snack bar, the girl there refused to make one saying only morning shift made coffees (which was a lie she just didn't want to make it) made a scene about it while me & friend looked at her like she was nuts. Anyway later my classmate was talking about it and twisted it saying I was the one who made the scene & when asked who it was said she didn't know. I honestly wanted to chime in to say it was me and that the one who made a scene was her friend not me. I have anxiety I would never do such a thing lmao
