I’m the type of person, if I want something I go for it. Otherwise you just spend forever pining over something you want, wondering about what-if’s, and beating yourself up overanalyzing everything.
I’d just toss something casual out and give her the choice to join with no pressure. What’s something she likes? Pick something you know she’d enjoy and just toss out “I’m going to ___ on ___. If you’d like to join me I think it would be a lot of fun” Or something like that. That way it’s not that awkward situation where you feel like you’re asking someone out on a date 🤣 Plus it doesn’t put them on the spot. I’ll usually do this, and then closer to time if they haven’t given a definite answer I’ll bring it up, “oh hey, did you want to go to ___?”
