I Admire People Who Can Keep Calm

Interesting point of view.
There are things that calm and peace can't fix. Sometimes we need our rage to show that we won't be beaten.
Don't discount your instincts. You have them for a reason.

It takes a keen intellect and a lot of patience to settle things with diplomacy rather than violence. Many are lacking, at least, patience, if not both.
