Has anyone ever been spanked by a big brother?

I don’t know what came over me and I just wanted some attention and was feeling super energetic/playful. My older brother who is my guardian asked me many times to settle down and chill cause I was slapping him and pulling his hair and pulling things out of his hands and throwing stuffed animals at him and I was laughing. I know I wasn’t behaving but I wanted to do that. He grabbed my face and made me look him in the eye and told me to quit it. I didn’t listen and after 5 minutes I got a scissors and started cutting his leg hairs. He was trying to watch tv. He pulled the scissors out of my hand and grabbed my arm and spanked me over my pants 20 times. It kinda hurt but not too much and it didn’t make me cry. He asked me if I was ready to behave and I said no and then he swatted me 5 more times and asked me again and I said yes and then he let me go. I respect him but did I deserve this for just being a brat and wanting some attention?
