I hate when people on SW dm me and when they know where I'm from they're not interested to talk anymore. What's up with that?

I don't know where you're from but maybe some people only want to talk to people from their own area? That's a bit insular in my opinion; I'm from the UK but some of my best friends on here are from the US. It's the person, not the country.
