Tell me your honesty opinion

I just ignore their negativity, and be extra positive to them. Hopefully my positivity can outweigh their negativity, and they may change their disposition.

That’s sounds like British customer service. The worst CS I’ve experienced thus far. They made me feel like I was interrupting their time. Very unprofessional.

I usually remind myself that people have bad days, weeks, months and years. you just gotta move past it and not let it affect you

I mean that's me most of the time anyway. I'm known for my bad attitude.

What do I think? Be grateful that you can walk into a store. I can't. I sorely miss getting about here and there and interacting with people. You focused on the negative person you encountered, but missed the dozen others who may have been pleasant and/or helpful. ALWAYS focus on the positive, not the negative. That's what I think.

I'll just give them a blank stare and ignore them. I'm not giving them the satisfaction that what they said affects me.

Honestly, it's rude and plenty times I wanna tell them off. But I held it back.

It's funny sometimes, not a big deal, unless they're intentionally bothering someone

I don't see it often, but if I do I understand...low wages!
