can personality disorders get better with age

i have had a personality disorder life long, it involves me having antisocial behaviours, paranoid delusions, thinking people are against me or people know who i am etc....then in return i act nasty to people and unfriendly, behave in a hostile way....give off an unapproachable vibe.

i'm now in my mid 40s and never made any relationships...my only support system is my elderly parents....i live alone in an apartment and i keep trying to work on my issues....but i'm not getting any younger..

having no one but my parents i get quite lonely at times...i want to know can a PD improve with age or am i doomed to spend the rest of my life tormented, thinking people are against me.

Things can get better only if you make the effort to improve your situation. Have you had any therapy? Learning to change your thinking is a good place to start.
