A so called lawyer that has a common habit of blurring legal lines. My oldest stepsister who just recently died, was a prosecutor that had jurisdiction in eight north Iowa counties, she said she doubted he actually has a license to practice law, and may actually be violating ethics laws himself over his youtube videos with deliberate disinformation on legal issues and confusing statutes and codes... @Straylight My oldest stepsister hated him with a passion, and she had a gentle spirit, her actual sub prosecutiin was child support recovery services, she sent deadbeat parents to jail for refusing to uphold their parental financial obligations, her funeral yesterday was attended by hundreds, I unfortunately could not attend due to my terminal cardiopulmonary disease putting me on assisted oxygen 24/7, she said he badly disrepresents law to a criminal unethical degree.
