I cannot move on from my ex i cannot seem to move on from him its been alnost five years now he is the father of my children he has moved on i cannot seem to move on on any area of my life help!

It sounds very very serious and troublesome. I suggest seeing a therapist and forming a plan to achieve this goal.
"Leave a cheater, gain a life" is a pretty great book if the guy was unfaithful.
