I’m pretty sure it’s because there’s nothing valuable there. And that it wasn’t made of cheese.
Going to the moon was mostly about one nation proving to another that their technology was superior I think. Once that point was proved, there was no sense in spending a shitload of money by keeping on going there.

I feel like that is probably the best way for me financially besides just stealing them 😂
