What if Earth is an alien planet

And we're just living on it?

(And yeah, these examples would come from the deep ocean. Because it's freaky down there)

I've toyed with that idea many times. The biggest problem with it is that we share so much of our DNA with even the weirdest creatures on this planet.

@caPnAhab Exactly. So unless we find an actual alien life form that shares more than 60% of our DNA, it's a safe assumption we originated on the same planet as the weirdest animals we can find.
