I think it's all amazing !!
The idea that there were guys like Galileo or Newton looking up at the stars and theorizing ideas that were found to be true several hundred years later once man had evolved enough to actually understand the mathematics involved and figure out the answers !
And then man jumps forward three hundred years and actually builds technology that enables us to go and have a look !

In the full resolution version of this Hubble Ultra Deep Field image there may be as many as 1000 galaxies, each with a billion or more stars. We've been learning that in our own galaxy, the majority of stars have multiple planets. So we're probably looking at about a trillion planets here. It would be hard for me to believe that none of them support intelligent life; it's just that they're too far away to communicate with (at least in our present understanding of physics).

I think earth compared to the Universe is just a speck of dust with mold on it and us humans are nothing more but the most intelligent life form in the decaying little bit of mold.

The universe is vast and complex and contains infinite possibilities.
The earth is tiny by comparison and we live in a decaying environment that needs to be nurtured and developed, not ravaged and exploited.
In the beginning we were nurtured by the earth, now she needs us as much as we need her, if we both want to survive we need to live in harmony with our planet and stop our greedy exploitation of her resources.
