@TheDeathOfOzymandiaz Context is simple. In times past the CO2 levels were much much higher than they are now and the planet did not suffer runaway heating. Therefore CO2 is not a driver of climate change. It is however plant food and the more food the plants get the more food the animals have. CO2 is a good thing not a bad thing.

If the CO2 levels were close to 6000 ppm and the temperature did not cycle out of control ie turn earth into Venus then obviously CO2 is not the great threat we are led to believe it is. The fact that we once had 6000 ppm and then an ice age or two or three. CO2 is not a driver of climate change and our piddling 400 ppm is extremely low compared to past CO2 levels.
@TheDeathOfOzymandiaz Funnily enough the CO2 seems to lag the temperature change not lead it. Not sure why but CO2 is obviously not a driver of climate change.
