What would happen to faith (particuallly the book of Genesis in the Bible) if we made Alien Contact?

Would contact with Alien lifeforms topple established religion? Would new religions form around the Aliens? Would current religion be able to survive alongside the new discovery?

@DDonde That would be horrifying lol. If we do establish contact, I am hoping more for cooperation with Aliens such as in Star Wars/Trek.
