I Love Rivers

Rivers don't seem really popular. There is a mountain stream by my back door. I love mountain streams. But also when I come home from school you can see the estuary of the river Loughour just before the road drops down to the farm where I live. It is wide and winding as it makes its way to the Atlantic. Sometimes the tide is out and it's sand. With a thin silver ribbon of water meandering through. And tonight it was a thick band of silver ribbon with the sun glinting gold off of it. As it made its way into the sunset. At four o'clock where I live.
