Mine got full of water and I didn't know how to get it out. U push the back down then the front down and shimmy over the back end. U can also but an inflatable thing u put on the paddle to act as an outrigger and flip yourself back in. I bought it but haven't tried it. It will still have lots of water in it but you can paddle to shore with it half full. Or u cold keep a collapsable bucket in it to bail.

Try it out in water that is about chest deep and try not to touch bottom or in a poll with someone watching. With life vest of course.

Yes. You are right. That's pretty much how they do it in club.

I was thinking. Pushing the front down after u push the back down makes no sense. All the water that's coming out will come out when u push one end down.

The sessions are in the pool in the Autumn. In the summer they go on the river.
