i used to live right on a beach growing up

sadly i haven't lived on one in quite some time, but i'm still pretty close to a couple if i want to check one out.

Not a surf beach but a Bayside beach is only about a kilometre from home 🏠

@cd4259 i can only think of one beach that's somewhat near me that you might manage to surf at. most of them here are small or not really suitable for it

@IsabellaJackson the ones near me are all very gentle waves as they are protected by surrounding islands.

@cd4259 the waves in my area are pretty gentle in general. nothing like what i've seen on the west coast of the us

@IsabellaJackson grew up in Sydney and went to Bondi beach every weekend, some massive waves there at times
