Is this asking a woman to cheat! If she'd like to join me down at the beach on Friday?

I am not sure how trusting her has to do with taking her to the beach.

Feels like an off explanation and I would decline going.

I stopped reading at "she is married". Dude, get your own girl and leave other men's wives alone.

If her marriage is already in trouble, going to a clothing optional beach with another guy isn't going to help her. And if her husband finds out, you may be part of the divorce proceedings.

It is good you are asking for advice but honestly I would never do this. Think also about how it may be seen by others and the potential consequences of that.

@cycleman You are a big boy and know her better than I, but, I wouldn't classify going to a clothing optional beach as a platonic meeting. If I happened to show up and find my wife naked with another man, that would be a show stopper. I wouldn't care if it was professed to all be "totally innocent". If your wife wanted to accompany another man to a nude beach while you were at work, would you be okay with that? You might, but most guys wouldn't, most wives wouldn't.

Deceit is what makes cheating. If she can relay this invitation to her husband, and if she’d be okay (hypothetically) in the reverse situation, say her husband were going to a nude beach with another woman, then with the element of deceit missing, it’s not cheating.

If deceit is involved, it wouldn’t be wise of you to be. I’d say tread carefully. Decades ago I lost a friend killed by a woman’s jealous husband. The friend had told me that he and the woman were only friends, and I believed it, but she was using him to try and stir up her husband. It worked too well.

Ask yourself if you’re hoping she’d opt out of wearing any clothes. You’ll know your really motive to this invitation.

Eh that takes the workplace friendship to another level

This is at least your second such post about this woman and wanting a not date. It should be clear from the comments that you are not fooling anyone here. It's transparent that despite what you say in your humblebrag posts, you are looking for something beyond friendship with this lady. You need to stop pushing for things which cross the boundaries of her marriage. You need to stop lying to yourself and us about your motives.

Every situation is different. What are your motives? When you invite her, are you comfortable telling her your real motive? There's your answer.

Sure - nude beaches is where all married co-workers hang out together w/o their spouses 🙄

Ask her or her husband for permission first. Some men are okay with it. Most women are not okay with it.
