I love the water
I've been trying to find a way to feel better and it all just feels like work still...
I wish I had a pool. I can't swim in the ocean much because my son is afraid and I can't just leave him alone on the beach while I swim.
I've done aquatherapy but even just being in the water takes away my pain and eases everything.
My favorite was in SoCal, near Joshua tree is a town called Desert Hot Springs, aka the anus of California. There was a campground with a pool and three hot tubs fed from mineral springs in the area. I don't think I ever felt as healthy as I did in the sunshine, dry air and swimming in healing water.
To be submerged in water feels so good. It feels like that's where I belong.
