Sea swim challenge

I normally try to set myself a running challenge each year but having long covid has scuppered that. Ive decided my challenge for 2023 is to get in sea at least once every month of the year.
I think for it to count i have to get my head under the surface each time.

Anything else i need to do to complete the challenge?
Anyone already do this?
