Visiting a Naturist Resort

So it’s been about 2 years since my daughter convinced me to go nude full time at home, and it’s been great. But, I’ve only ever done it at home or at the neighbors’ house, and the only people to see me naked have been my husband and daughter, and our nudist neighbors and their two girls.

This week the neighbors invited us to visit a naturist resort with them, and we accepted. Our daughter is thrilled, as she’s heard all about it from her friends and has been wanting to do something like that for a while. But I’m nervous, as this will be the first time I’ll be nude around total strangers.

I know being fat won’t be an issue, as we’re all pretty fat and nudists tend to be pretty body positive, but I can’t help feeling fairly self conscious about it, all the same. And I also worry about creeps looking at me and my daughter but the resort has very strict rules against that sort of thing and enforces them vigorously as they are a family friendly place and inappropriate and sexual behavior are not tolerated. But still…

I’m sure this is just first-time jitters and once we’re there I will have a great time.

I’ll let everyone know how it goes.

I hope you have an enjoyable time. It is good to go with friends or family the first time.

I have been to several naturist beaches but never to a naturist ''resort''.

There is a ''Sun Club'' [naturist club] at the end of my village. I made enquiries about membership, as it has a large swimming pool.
To become a member, it is necessary to provide a ''Disclosure & Barring Service'' check. Similar to the requirements for working in childcare or schools. I was told that their insurance company insisted on a DBS check.

The main attraction was the pool. My garden is sufficiently private, not overlooked, if I want to strip off. All the formalities of joining dissuaded me from asking to join.

Last week I went to the Isle of Wight and swam there. It was not an official naturist beach, but I was not the only one without a swimming costume !

@emmasfriend I can only assume the "DBS" check was to insure the safety of its members.
If you don't mind me asking, why did you not apply for membership?
