Sleeping nude is the best

For the most part I sleep nude in the summer time to help keep cool, if I get over heated at night I have crazy dreams. Most people would call them nightmares and I will wake up from them and I want to get right back into my dreams.

I sleep nude but a few times i have sleepwalked. So if I'm in someone's home I wear a nighty.
