I Sleep Naked

I was never allowed to sleep naked as a kid and it stuck with me as an adult until recently. When I tried it, it was hard to fall asleep because it felt weird at first, but the house got so hot this summer because of our terrible air conditioning. Once I got used to it, it felt so wonderful to have the fan blowing directly on my skin at night. It's also nice to be able to go directly into the shower in the morning. I used to be scared someone would see me through the window in the morning, but I'm finding I just don't care about it as much.

I have 2 boys at home still and I sleep with my door open so it’s not happening.

@Keepitsimple it's difficult as a parent. I have to keep my door shut. My son is old enough to understand now he's not permitted to come in without my permission.

@Keepitsimple oh course, but you can't let fears stop you from trying. I keep a robe close by in case I need to be suddenly "dressed".
