I Sleep Naked

I was never allowed to sleep naked as a kid and it stuck with me as an adult until recently. When I tried it, it was hard to fall asleep because it felt weird at first, but the house got so hot this summer because of our terrible air conditioning. Once I got used to it, it felt so wonderful to have the fan blowing directly on my skin at night. It's also nice to be able to go directly into the shower in the morning. I used to be scared someone would see me through the window in the morning, but I'm finding I just don't care about it as much.

I sleep naked. It seems there are a lot more posts from men regarding this. Maybe the ladies are just more reserved.

@Quimliqer My parents are religious and thought it encouraged sinful thoughts. Part of it is just hygiene. I know a lot of women who sleep topless though.

Hygiene can have a part to play, buying we live clean there isn't an issue.

@wetncthru at first I liked the physical sensuality of it, just being aware of my body. It kind of made me feel like a baby again and I think I needed some of that reassurance at the time. Later I really liked having a sheet just barely covering my thighs. It made me feel very sexy at the time.
Now, with it being chilly, I find I actually heat up under the blankets quicker than I do when I'm dressed.

As a kid, I was never allowed either… well, in reality it was almost impossible to talk about nudity with my parents. Once I left their home I discovered the pleasure of being naked as much as possible and...WOW!!! I like it!!!

it is the best way to sleep I have been sleeping this way since I left home ,,now I am nude at home all the time and only get dressed to go shopping or go to a clothing optional area ,,,

Once you get past the first night or so. It’s the best.

Same is true of becoming a nudist. Survive the first 10 minutes and then it’s wonderful.

I love being naked and it doesn’t bother me to be seen, I’m usually nude at home or close to it. I have slept with anything on in years.

@TheotherAndy Did share your bedroom with a brother then? I had to share with my sister until my older brother moved out, so that put a damper on my being "naughty".
