My wife does this like every day. She gets a shower and then opens the curtains. Stands side ways in the window facing a mirror and dries off her breasts and rest of her body. Once all dry she rubs lotion all over her body including her tits and nipples! Either she is chilly or she likes that her hard nipples are poking straight out and she is completely visible to passersby! She takes her time and puts on her panties next, then faces the window to put on her bra. She has large 36D breasts and she has to pull underwire bra on and that means her arms are over her head and tits hanging in full view of the neighbors. I've even seen her checking to see if anyone was looking outside.
