I have been slowly learning to be a little naked from waist down when in my room but scared too go completely naked

It happened once in college when Lynn and I were making out in our favorite parking spot, a peach orchard. We were caught by the Deputy Sheriff. Lynn was almost totally naked. She covered up and I talked to Franklin, the Deputy, who knew me well. He just said, "Be careful" and drove off.
