Always had an exhibitionist side to me but beaches are a good location for accidental flashing, particularly when getting changed and accidentally dropping the towel. Also sunbathing wearing loose shorts, it was common for something to peak out.

Aside from one incident as a teenager when I just didn't give a shit... any flashing I might do is usually deliberate to get the attention of someone special to me.
