Do you think nudity uncivilised or just unsophisticated?

Both, when it is in public places around other fellow humans.

It's natural in the right setting, like in private.
But I don't gaf and don't want to know what others do.

Some turn it into a fetish which is bizarre.

@Magenta the fetish is bizarre indeed. Indoneonder though, what portíon of the population would approve of nudity as the standard rather than exception on beaches? I don't really understand the term clothing optional. Does that mean that nudity is the standard, but you can opt to wear clothing?

@samueltyler2 Yes, when it's turned into a fetish that one gets a thrill from, that is UNnatural.
Nude beaches are a different scenario and nudity to be expected.

But the reasons for being clothed in public places are several. For instance, one could look up how many (known) pedophiles exist in the world.

@Magenta I am appalled by pedophilia, don't get me wrong, but I don't think anyone can see any relationship between that and accepting the nude body. As to beaches, society seems to favor the clothed bather over the nude, with far fewer beaches labelled as nude or optional.

@samueltyler2 in the UK it means local but laws have removed the offence of being naked at a clearly marked parts of a beach .

We visited such a beach in Dorset on several occasions . Each occasion very enjoyable with people a all and shapes and sizes.
