Is it just me or does the human body look best with some clothes on it lol

Some do some don't, some look gorgeous whatever they are wearing, some look dreadful whatever they are wearing, some look best nude.

And it depends on who is looking, where both parties are, how good the lighting is, etc.

One of my sexual partners this year looked absolutely gorgeous naked but dressed looked just like any other tall bald guy. The clothes hid the shapeliness and power of his muscles.

Situationally dependent but I think in most cases, yes.
