What does it mean to be 'shamelessly naked'?

My parents have had a kind of laissez-faire attitude to nudity at home. We live on an old farm, my parents actually rent out lots of our land to farmers and shepherds around us, in among a few small hills to the north west of Skofja Loka. From being a small child they have let me be naked if I wanted to be even if we had friends visiting. As a little girl I could hardly look offensive to anyone if I was naked, and playing, or sitting with other children who had been in our pool, when lunch was served to all.

I have even sat on neighbours laps naked! Shamelessly! I have sat shameless even as an older child, and a young adult!

When a child is raised freely, there is no imposed shame of being naked.

@acpguy So I am not into nudity and I generally was protective of my children being exposed to it at an young age. I just didn't want them to be over sexualized until they were old enough to understand the implications for themselves. However, I think this picture is about the most beautiful thing I have ever seen between a man and a woman. Nearly brought me to tears. Snivel... snivel. Nearly.

When did your parents sell their place in London, and their yacht and move to a farm?

i was raised catholic and this is very different to my childhood! I was always afraid of nudity and can not accept is anything but to be sexy and erotic. And when i am get older there is opportunities and some times i have to be naked for things and is difficult to make this initial feeling of nudity to go away. I always think there is some thing that can be sexual about nudity still but i know this is wrong!

i love your use of that word. If no one is offended, and/or sexually aroused, there is nothing shameful about nudity.
