how do you deal with sexual frustration

as a male i don't know what to do...ive never had a female partner because i had a lot of problems in my life, including mental problems.....but i did have sexual flings with girls in my teen years...but never had a partner.

now, i live alone in a little flat, with just my immediate family for support and it's hard going about my average day and seeing nice women that i have no access too, or feel like i don't...i often get erections and feel sexually frustrated..

i refuse to see a hooker or prostitute as i'm a catholic/christian...but i'm very desperate for a partner and sex as i have felt deprived most of my adult life....but i know that desperation frightens women away..

so what can i do? i'm aged 44 nearlly now, is it too late to find a partner you think?
