how do you deal with sexual frustration

as a male i don't know what to do...ive never had a female partner because i had a lot of problems in my life, including mental problems.....but i did have sexual flings with girls in my teen years...but never had a partner.

now, i live alone in a little flat, with just my immediate family for support and it's hard going about my average day and seeing nice women that i have no access too, or feel like i don't...i often get erections and feel sexually frustrated..

i refuse to see a hooker or prostitute as i'm a catholic/christian...but i'm very desperate for a partner and sex as i have felt deprived most of my adult life....but i know that desperation frightens women away..

so what can i do? i'm aged 44 nearlly now, is it too late to find a partner you think?

Never too late but you need to concentrate on other aspects of first. You have to bring something to the relationship. A woman won't be attracted to you just because you are desperate for sex!

@Jungleman And don't rule out sex workers. They are just women who provide something that some people need. It's not a relationship but nor is it sinful. So long as you treat them with respect as with any other person.
