Did anyone ever get this?

I guess this was a more English thing, because a cane was involved... but did anyone ever get spanked on a school field trip by an irate teacher? Outdoors in front of everyone?

I got this once... shorts pulled up very tight for 6-of-the-best with the cane!

On field trips, our teachers were all armed with Ruler paddles. Any misbehavior got us pulled out of line and several hard seats delivered to our bums.
